Geltungsbereich
Die hier angeführten Shop-Informationen gelten für die Bestellung von Waren aus dem Online-Shop des Arnold Schönberg Center. Mit der Bestellung akzeptiert die Kundin | der Kunde diese Konditionen.

Scope of applicability
This shop information applies to ordering merchandise from the Arnold Schönberg Center’s online shop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions.

Kaufvertrag
Der Kaufvertrag kommt nach Versand der bestellten Ware zustande. Die nach jeder getätigten Bestellung an die Kundin | den Kunden per Email gesandte Bestellbestätigung stellt keinen Kaufvertrag dar. Kommt nach einer Bestellung kein Kaufvertrag zustande (etwa, wenn ein Artikel unerwartet nicht mehr verfügbar ist), werden getätigte Zahlungen ohne Abzug rückerstattet.

Purchase agreement
The purchase agreement comes about after the ordered merchandise as been dispatched. The order confirmation sent to the customer by e-mail after every order has been placed does not constitute a purchase agreement. If a purchase agreement does not come about after an order (e.g. when an article is unexpectedly no longer available), payments made will be refunded to the customer without deduction.

Preise
Die angegebenen Preise verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Umsatzsteuer. Bei Versand an Kunden außerhalb der EU fällt keine Umsatzsteuer an. Unternehmen mit UID-Nummer können im Onlineshop nicht umsatzsteuerfrei bestellen, sondern ausschließlich per E-Mail: shop@schoenberg.at.

Prices
Prices shown are inclusive of sales tax. There is no sales tax on items sent to customers outside the EU. Enterprises with a company identification number may not order in the online ship tax-free, but by e-mail only: shop@schoenberg.at. 

Bezahlung
Die Bezahlung erfolgt wahlweise mittels PayPal, Kreditkarte oder Vorauskasse. Die Verfügbarkeit von Zahlarten kann aus technischen Gründen je nach Land variieren. Datenschutzrechtliche Informationen finden Sie auf unserer Website.
